We chose 'The Gruffalo' by Julia Donaldson for the inspiration for our Door Decoration entry. Each of the children drew a story map, showing where the mouse went in the story. We collated all the ideas and created a BIG story map to put on our door. All of the children have helped with the colouring in, and they have each coloured and cut a mask of the Gruffalo to go around the outside.
Doesn't it look great?!
