We have been learning to introduce ourselves in Maori.

We can say hello, we can say what our name is, we can say how old we are and where we are from.

Today we did some art, showing our mountains, our river and our families. We are not quite finished yet, but check out what we have done so far.













Parents, please take this opportunity to talk to your children about where they are from.  What is their mountain (or mountain range), what is their river (or body of water).
